BPC-157 Completed

  • June 18–26: 500 mcg daily (oral capsules)
  • From June 27: 500 mcg twice daily (morning and evening)

BPC-157 is being studied for its potential effects on tissue healing, gut health, recovery, and inflammation modulation. Although human data remain limited, it has become increasingly popular among athletes and biohackers interested in supporting recovery and resilience.

Glow Blend

Protocol Approx. 1 mg GHK-Cu + 200 mcg BPC-157 + 200 mcg TB-500 daily (subcutaneous, morning)

GHK-Cu 50 mg + BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg

Glow is a peptide blend combining GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. It is being explored for its potential role in skin quality, collagen production, tissue repair, recovery, and connective tissue health. This protocol aims to compare the effects of the combination with those observed when testing the individual peptides separately.

KPV

Protocol Approx. 330 mcg daily (subcutaneous, evening)

KPV is a small peptide fragment derived from α-MSH that is currently being investigated for its potential anti-inflammatory effects. Research is exploring its possible role in gut health, skin conditions, immune regulation, and recovery from chronic inflammation.

A next-generation triple agonist currently under investigation for obesity and metabolic disease. Given my current body composition (~16% body fat), I have not yet decided whether testing it would be appropriate, beneficial, or potentially too risky.
